IPv4/UDP Stack

The layer-3/4 companion to the Ethernet MAC: IPv4 and UDP rx/tx pipelines at 8- and 64-bit widths, checksum offload, and complete integration tops that bundle the stack with ARP. Split from the MAC so each can be adopted on its own terms.

This IP is where the platform's verification standard was applied in real time. It shipped marked 'not verified' — stated plainly in the datasheet rather than softened — and coverage was built module-by-module, highest-risk first, ending with the ip_complete/udp_complete integration tops driven through the full ARP dance at the Ethernet-frame boundary. 138 tests, every arithmetic path checked against independent RFC oracles, every leaf suite mutation-tested. Three times a surviving mutant exposed an unexercised RTL path and grew the suite; the datasheet records each one.
